Message: Plumber bail on me today didn't want the hassle of trying to find a odd part for a facet. So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup. Sutherland has been a trusted partner in this community for as long as I can remember thank you.

Message: Staff and selection are always great. Same prices and products as the big box hardware stores only no lines and a personal experience. I've yet to meet someone rude that works there, and I browse the isles once a week looking for project ideas to tackle. The ladies at the checkout counters are always smiling and joking. Even if I'm doing a plumbing job and walking in for the 3rd time of the day I leave laughing.
