Message: Been here many times. Staff is always very helpful. This particular time I dropped off my pressure washer to be repaired. I expected a wait of two weeks or more. I indicated when I dropped off I felt is was a stuck valve. Tim called me back the next morning he had checked it out and I was correct. He had the parts in stock and I got it back within 24 hours. Very happy!
