Message: I love my new windows! Rosati crew came in at 08:30 and were complete by 15:00! Fast, efficient and CLEAN. Absoluletly no debri left behind.. and that Bay Window is WONDERFUL! My cat Hobo definitely approves! Besides the high quality, the price cannot be beaten! They are much less than cometitors. Replaced 9 windows in less than 7 hrs (including lunch break). Easy peasy!

Message: Had two double hung windows side by side. All the seals failed, and we replaced the glass once since house build in 9yrs at time of replacement. These windows face west in the direction of all the wind, rain & snow for 9 years. ROSATI replaced that window in 2012 and it has held up fine for 12yrs. Just replaced the rest of 24 remaining windows in Sept 2023. Look and work great. Only had one lock issue and Rosati is coming after Christmas to fix the problem. Update problem fixed, simple problem.

Message: I was blown away by the service at Rosati. I bought a house with Rosati windows installed in 2007 and the locking mechanism on my sliding glass door needed to be replaced. I walked in the door and within 5 minutes they gave me the replacement part I needed at no cost. They were so friendly and I will definitely recommend Rosati to anyone who asks. Also, my 16 year old windows look like they were installed yesterday!

Message: We ordered 15 windows including a bay window, sliding door, storm and screen door back in Oct of 2021. Was told 6 to 8 months to get them. Well this week April 20 and 21 of 2022 we had everything installed. Installers were right on time to get started very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Love the way everything looks. Our storm door and bay window are absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier.

Message: The window quality and buying experience are fine. The install details leave a lot to be desired. The installers chipped a tile, the trim quality is poor, and many of the nails installed on trim are not sunk to proper depth, requiring additional work and the nail brads don’t have enough of a head to be driven after the fact. Rosati came out for an inspection, shrugged their shoulders. I asked the rep if the install was acceptable and representative of their work and he said no but offered no resolution. Will be happy to share my experience and pictures of finished install.

Rosati Windows kept in touch with my wife and I through the entire process. I was always made aware of the next step in the process. The professionalism of the installers was second to none. They were professional, courteous and answered any questions I may have had. They cleaned up after the installation and left nothing behind. Before leaving, they explained all of the features of my new windows. Rosati has competitive pricing and a quality product. Without question, I will use Rosati Windows in the future. They wore masks in our home. They came in while at work, installed and left with zero mess. The quality of the window is durable and made to perfection.
