Message: Been there recently twice. They have been very helpful in helping me find what I need. For those complaining about employees wearing masks, jeez why ya'll bunch of scared snowflakes. They are not making you wear masks as of lately and even if they did, who cares as long as you get what you need and get great quality service. There are elder staff working there so I dont blame them for wearing masks.

Message: Have very good stock and knowledgeable staff. If someone doesn't know the answer, instead of faking it like some of the big box stores, they refer you to another staff member who has good knowledge on a particular project. This is more like a hometown hardware store, that I typically much prefer then a home improvement center that often employ people that don't know much or anything about hardware. These small hardware stores generally are more friendly, knowledgeable, professional then the big box stores. For me it's less of a drive, less of a walk and less time finding what you need.

Message: ALWAYS HELPFUL RIGHT AWAY! Docked 1 star cause the employees are wearing masks still and it's extremely uncomfortable.. Update 10/5/22. Employees wearing masks, sign out front telling you to wear 1.. Turn off your TV Jesus crimany it's creepy... There no pandemic and never was.

Message: Great little hardware store. Impressive selection for it's small size. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is such a nice contrast to the big box stores. Very convenient place to fill up propane too.. I'm so glad to have a hardware store like this in the neighborhood!
