Message: My parents purchased a new awning from Modern Builders Supply a few weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful in answering our questions to ordering the awning to the size we needed. We had a friend go pick up the awning once it came in and he did not get all the needed boxes. My father call on a Saturday morning as the awing was being put up Sunday and they had an employee drive the flat bed with our missing box to us with no extra charge. They have went over and beyond for our family. I doubt we will need another awning anytime soon but I know if anyone in our family has anything that they sell we will be using them. Hands down one of the best companies that we have dealt with.

Message: This is the best place in the city to get exterior home products. Staff is very experienced in sales and product knowledge, products are priced fairly and they try hard to take care of the customer. No fancy office space just a basic warehouse and showroom focused on the customer.
