Message: Stopped in here for a quick few things and I was pleasantly surprised at there key copying prices. Spent 80 bucks on a non chip copy at a repair shop and cost 3-4 bucks here. Staff here is amazing. In the basement you will find their gun selection!

Message: This place has come along way since they first changed ownership. For the first two years after e&h took over I just couldn't hardly stand to go to this store. Which in my experience is typically if e&h hardware stores. The majority of the ones I've gone to suck. The Millersburg store has really turned the corner for the better now. Keep up the good work folks, your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Message: Only here a few times, nice place, but parking rather tight with a full size truck & prices seem a bit high but not worth my time to go price shopping since they carry a large selection. Clerks & staff have been courteous though it seemed they were struggling with figuring out the system.

Message: Bought a Springfield from them today and was treated very well! Steve and Drew provide very good customer service along with knowledge of firearms. This is the only local place I will go to for firearms, so keep doing what you’re doing.. Skip the local shops in Berlin and Sugarcreek and head here - pricing and transparency is second to none. I’ll be back!
