Message: Monica and Paul were both so courteous and helpful. Paul approached us as soon as we entered the store he showed us to the item that we were looking for and Monica came in and helped us buying the product not only that she also gave use a fantastic idea of using the firepit grilling fixture in a different and way and she was so happy to help all the while. Message: Came in looking for a 100ft Ideal Class E fish tape for pulling wire. It was regular $109 on sale for $40. The website said they had 1 left, so I drove here from Avon. I asked One of the guys in plumbing, Gregg, and he took 20 minutes running around the store looking for it. Ron and Gregg looked through all the inventory in the back and they found 1 for me. Customer service like that is hard to find. I hope they give you guys a raise. Thanks again!

Message: Corporate box stores killed lumber yards. At first I didn't care for Lowe's but over the past year I've found a real family of employees that are happy to help. As a business owner who shops there daily I have only had 2 real issues with the service they've provided and only one issue with a certain employee who I believe shouldn't represent Lowe's. I do love to hunt for deals especially in these inflationary times that our Left winged leaders caused. But I have to say employees like Shirley, both Jeff's, Cody, Wendy, (Debbie No longer there) Rod, Sam and River are the reason I come back! I feel like Norm from(80's Sitcom)Cheers when I shop there!
