Message: Just purchased an EMAX 20 HST Tractor with loader and backhoe. Michelle and James were beyond helpful. Looked at many dealerships, but Michelle provided so much information and detail that the decision was undeniably to purchase from them! Had an issue the first two days, in all honesty caused by me, and they had their technicians call me on the phone, when we couldn't correct, they sent one to my house and had me up and running immediately. Cannot beat that Customer Service, I made the right choice.

Message: Purchased a new Mahindra 1626 in March of 2021, after 20 hrs on the machine a leak developed from the right front cylinder on the bucket. Got hold of Michelle and sent pictures of the leaking part. They got the part in after a lengthy wait due to supply chain issues. They replaced the cylinder under warranty and got everything back to new. Thank you for getting this taken care of as soon as possible. Would recommend this dealership.
