Message: Kessler’s offered excellent customer service, the best I've ever experienced before since I do most of my maintenance and repairs if possible. My 2019 zero turn was purchased from another dealer in northern Indiana. After moving to Kentucky, I experienced some issues after 39 hours of use. I went to the Kessler’s store to discuss my issues. John, the owner took the time to pull up service part lists and discussed possible issues. Due to my travel distance to Kessler’s, I tried his suggestions without any luck. I gave up on my repair efforts and drove my zero-turn mower to Kessler. The staff found the problem and corrected the issues which was mostly adjustments and set-up. The owner and his staff gave me great information and insights about my unit. I could not be happier with the service. I dropped my unit off during the virus period and the staff met me in the parking lot. Once unloaded the mower and they took all information, they would call when repairs were complete and the repaired unit had been tested by the staff. I seldom do reviews, but took the time to recommend Kessler and his staff. Great to support small businesses that care about its name, reputation, and products but mostly its customers. You feel that when walking in the door. Hope to see them in business long time to come.

Message: Excellent customer service I've never expierenced before. I purchased two kawasaki units, a trimmer and bush trimmer. The owner gave me great info and insights about maintaining the units. Fueled and gave me a tutorial on operation. Took care of registration/warranty paperwork and even repaired the trimmer on the spot, when he noticed it was leaking fuel from a grommet not installed properly at the factory. Could not be happier with the service and price vs big box stores. I never do reviews, but took the time to highly recommend Kessler and his staff. Great to support small businesses that cares about its name, reputation, and number one; its customers. You feel that when walking in the door.
