Message: I love that we can walk in and take a look with NO PRESSURE. No sales people following around the lot. I can take a look at the inventory and either ask for help when I need it or just leave with more future home purchase ideas. It’s a great place!

Message: The houses were really pretty, as was the price tag. The concerns I had were the fact that you received absolutely zero help from anyone. We looked around the houses by ourselves some were locked and one you could not even get to because it was positioned were you could not get to the door. When we went back inside and ask about other houses we were told to go to their website and look, no further assistance or even a business card was given to us. We left no further ahead than when we walked in.

Message: The homes are beautiful the salesman are polite but the delivery and set up is is lacking greatly. no communication from them and constant delays already 2 months late on the original setup and it's being delayed again for something that I was told they were checking out last fall.
