He was very quick to respond to my email with questions regarding the process. Once the firearm arrived, he called and I was able to pick it up the same day. The entire process was made very easy by Mike and they only charge $25. 00 for an FFL transfer (as long as they do not carry it in stock), which is an amazing price. To add to the great service that we received, Mike was able to help my wife select a new pistol and some much needed ammo. I will definitely be going back again to shop at Dittmar. They made sure I was comfortable driving one before I purchased it, The amount of time they spent with me was amazing. The customer service was bar none the best I have ever had. They went over everything with me. They also fixed my string trimmer in very short order. picked up two new hunting rifles at a great price too! Message: Don't listen to the bad reviews. Yes, they are a small shop and yes, they have other customers... because they are a reputable local business that have been here a long time. You might have to wait for your machine to be worked on first come first serve basis. I take my chainsaw chains to be sharpened there they are good as new when I get them a couple days later.
