Message: I can’t believe how good the customer service is at this place. I had a plumbing issue that was a little more than what they could accommodate. The associate gave me 2 areas to try to help with the items I needed. The first one paid off. It goes a long way with me to recommend to go to a competitor, when you can’t help. I will give them my business for the thing I know they can handle before going back to Lowe’s or Menards.

I just ignore them because when I go in im most likely just looking for a specific item and trying to get home. I usually only go there if I'm not willing to drive to Lima.
