Message: I'm not someone who needs to go to the hardware store very often so it can be a really intimidating and unfriendly time for me.. but the folks at Beechwold are SO kind, knowledgable, helpful, and non-judgmental that I go out of my way to go there if I need something. Today I went because I needed a light bulb for my microwave.. the person who helped me knew exactly which one it was and where to find it. He was so kind. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Message: Beechwood is simply the best hardware store I've used. Each and every employee is helpful and knowledgable. They stock "everything". We renovated a nearby home and at times we were in the store several times a day - the staff and owner were always incredibly polite and accommodating.

Message: The staff are always friendly. When the employees see you, they offer assistance, if you don’t need it, they don’t hound you. When you do need their assistance, they are easy to find and they are quick to help, and answer your questions. If they don’t know the answer to your question or are not familiar with a product, they will quickly find the person who can better serve you. I try to make them my first stop for any project. I know they cannot carry everything I might need in the store, but I have found things there no big box store can get. I like to support local businesses and I know I will not encounter their level of service anywhere else.
