Message: This is one of the only places left in the greater Dayton region that you can find all of the little parts, pieces, and fasteners of all types that you need to repair, or create things. There is very little they don't have.

Message: Typically have everything I'm looking for. Helpful staff, good selection of products. I like the fact they do not carry any junk tools, only quality stuff and typically still have the actual "hardware" for special applications. I noticed after making an expensive special order through a John Deere dealership for rebuilding a garden tractor, this ACE had everything I was looking for as far as components like special washers, keys and even some stuff that allowed me to retrofit things. I have had issues with accuracy of pricing in the past to which was not honored even though management confirmed the price for an item was in fact an advertised sale that was over, the pricing on the shelves were not changed and I never got the item for the price they advertised for so I went somewhere else. I have noticed that things typically aren't priced correctly.

Message: Not a giant hardware store but the store was well stocked with items you may need if something breaks. Went in asked a clerk if they had what I was looking for she sent me in the right direction and I found what I was looking for was in and out fast.

Message: I had never been here before. I walked through the double doors with no signs on them, except that they are hiring and "push. " When I got inside, I realized these were the exit doors. So I walked past the cashiers ( slowly cause I have a cane) who proceeded to speak to each other like I wasn't there and couldn't hear them. One made the incredibly rude comment that if people just read the signs blah blah blah. What signs?. Instead of asking me what I might need help with, it was more important to them to be bitter about their exit doors. However, a very nice gentleman stepped out of one of the aisles and helped me get exactly what I needed. He even carried it to the front and offered to take it to the car for me. Otherwise, I would probably never return.
